Chip & PIN has driven fraud to CNP transactions. RetailTherapy’s Fraud Management components provide a well-structured and effective system to combat fraud that will save thousands of pounds.

The Fraud Management element can identify behaviour that is suspicious and prior to checkout, calculate the overall risk. If a risk threshold is met then exception alerts are raised. Online customer behaviour can be monitored in real-time and the nature and impact displayed graphically.

But fraud doesn’t just occur through card transactions, malicious visitors may be tying down stock and preventing sales. These features are enabled by the close integration with other parts of the enterprise. Packaged fraud management solutions cannot achieve this.
